"Good experience over all."
This is so strange. I ordered from them took 1 week here at Christmas to get my order. Exactly what I asked for. The only problem was lack of communication through e-mail. I was able to talk to someone on the messenger tab on their website. They gave me my order number and Tracking number I was able to follow it in Fed Ex. I was so worried after reading the reviews after I didn’t get an e-mail confirmation. The shoes are as ordered I would give them a 5 but the way I had to figure out how to communicate was crazy. I tried so many times to open my account and do the required password change to no avail. Anyway I am satisfied with my purchase. I think they need help with their website. I recommend you take pictures throughout your ordering process and immediately when you submit your purchase. Always keep documentation. If using a computer use your snipping tool. I hope this helps, I am a happy customer.

"Love them"
Previously I haven't Benn a fan of Reebok. It all started after new logo and fitness promo. Suddenly It got cool. I bought 2 t-shirts, jacket, pants and boots. Never had a problem and would recommend for everyone!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at reebok?

“Near impossible. I emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update after waiting over a month for my product to even be marked as shipped, all of which were never responded to. They ended up cancelling my order of which they didn't even notify me. I had to log on to check my order status to see that they had just cancelled it.”
